Canvas Bag Gift Set
This large and rugged 10 ounce weight, natural canvas bag (in above photo,
left) is packed with our hand made "goodies". The Bag is both useful
and attractive. It has Velcro seal and is machine washable. Logo printed on
front. Size 9 1/2" tall x 6 3/4" wide with 4 1/2 gusset. The bag
is packed with 12 ounce supply of bath salts, 6 ounce bottle of bath oil, and
4 ounce bar of soap.

The purpose of this page is to inform our customers how we handle our business
on the Web. This information is geared to our electronic customers.
Provincetown Soap Works is committed to protecting your privacy. Orders placed
with us on-line are through a secure server . The secure server encrypts all
information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer
data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We use the information
we collect to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
WE DO NOT SELL, SHARE, RENT OR TRADE ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
A general rule to follow when ordering from Provincetown Soap Works Online
is:
Please review your completed order carefully. (We have no way of knowing your
desires, other than what is explained on your order form. If you have any questions
about ordered items, email us or call 1-877-725-2225.)

Other considerations:
Online orders are credit card or COD cash/check only.
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Use the comments
field on your order form to enter such information.
Orders placed via the Web, in stock, will be processed the next business day
to be shipped the following day. An example: having gathered the appropriate
information, you enter your order into one of our forms Friday night. We receive
the order and process it into our ordering system on Monday. The order then
will be shipped out Tuesday. (Thus, there is no time advantage in placing orders
on weekends. Please bear this in mind when placing an order.)
We make every effort to maintain a large supply of stock. However, out-of-stock
items do occasionally occur. Items out of stock will be shipped within 1-3
weeks. We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock.
International customers: large shipments need special arrangements for shipping,
with corresponding cost. Start the process by please telling us how you would
like your order handled. This is a new area for us, and we are open to suggestion.
As of now, we ship international orders of small to moderate size US Priority
Mail.
All orders placed online will be processed separately. If you forget to place
something on your order and want to add it (so all items are shipped together,
thus saving shipping cost), you must email us with the words "Order Correction" in
the subject line of your message.
On-line orders are accepted via our order forms or email only.
Terms: COD or Credit Card.
Shipping Charges: F.O.B. Factory at Provincetown, MA. Unless explicitly agreed
upon otherwise, PSW does not accept responsibility for delayed order fulfillment
or delivery.
Returns: Provincetown Soap Works will happily accept approved returned merchandise
if unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Customers wishing to
return items must contact PSW prior to return. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Again, if you want special shipping considerations (such as Next Day Air, etc.),
please use the comments field on the order form.
